QASS‘ unique measurement technology ensures that highly stressed components such as axles and shafts in drive systems and transmissions in cars and trucks are inspected worldwide using its OPTiMIZER4D measuring devices. QASS is further expanding its technological leadership through complex data analysis, the integration of machine learning into industrial processes and the ability to link the measuring device with other data sources. Our measuring systems are always geared towards the optimal and newly available hardware worldwide in order to always offer our customers the most powerful and best systems.

QASS is currently tackling the major challenge facing the German economy in the context of consistent digitalization. Intelligent measurement technology is one of the key factors in being able to continue to offer „Made in Germany“ products competitively on the global market. To this end, QASS has opened up its measurement system and processes data sources, sensor signals and machine data from various sources in parallel. The adaptation time of our measurement system has been significantly reduced by using Python. QASS uses machine learning methods up to artificial intelligence.
