Heinrich Büsche establishes a company for the production of wood screws with three employees.
Construction of a plant at the present location in Neuenrade.
Start of the production of coat hooks, rope fittings, eyelets, curtain rings, tie-backs, decorative hooks, carpet rods and the first curtain rods.
On the occasion of its one hundredth anniversary, BÜSCHE employs approx. 250 people.
Friedrich Harr and Fernando Sanchez become co-partners and, alongside Harro Schumann, Managing Directors of Büsche. Existing systems are replaced by modern CNC turning and milling machines, environmentally friendly cleaning systems and computer-controlled polishing robots.
Büsche invests 2 million Euros in the construction of a new 2,300 square meter logistics hall for order picking and storage of finished products. Fernando Sanchez takes over the sole management of the company following the retirement of long-time managing director Friedrich Harr.
Expansion and modernization of production with a focus on high-quality „Made in Germany“ manufacturing.
Celebration of the company’s 150th anniversary and purchase of a further plot of land for a possible new production hall from 2024.
