Behr-Hella Thermocontrol GmbH (BHTC), a joint venture of MAHLE Behr GmbH & Co. KG and Hella GmbH & Co. KGaA, is one of the world’s leading companies in the field of climate control, operation & display in motor vehicles for the automotive industry.

BHTC was founded in 1999 as a joint venture between Behr GmbH & Co. KG and Hella GmbH & Co. KGaA, and today has a global presence with around 2,960 employees – including more than 670 development engineers. Locations are Lippstadt/Germany (headquarters), Novi, Michigan/USA, San Miguel de Allende/Mexico, Shanghai/China, Pune/ India, Tokyo/Japan, Sofia/Bulgaria, Tampere/Finland and Jhubei/Taiwan.

Sales in fiscal 2022 amounted to around 619 million euros.
