Photos
The world market leaders grant the SIHK zu Hagen, the IHK Arnsberg, Hellweg-Sauerland and the IHK Siegen their rights of use to the photo of the world market leader product and the company logo. The rights of use to the photos and logos are transferred free of charge, simply, for an unlimited time and space. At the same time, the world market leaders ensure that copyrights are respected and that the photos are free of third-party rights. The IHKs have permission to edit the photo of the world market leader product (e.g. cropping, adjusting saturation).
Dispute resolution for consumers
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The SIHK does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
