The Horn & Co. Group has been active as a recycling company since 1922 and operates in the areas of processing, disposal, analysis and product distribution. The guiding principle of „Strength through diversity“ is in the Horn & Co. Group anchored in four business divisions:

The Horn & Co. Industrial Services division is active in areas such as slag management, scrap management and waste management and, as a service provider, essentially guarantees customers process reliability and resource conservation.

The „MIRECO“ and „Products“ divisions are excellently positioned as „Europe’s most sustainable refractories producer“ and are increasingly focusing on CO2 savings and professional and legally compliant disposal, which together also lead to a considerable conservation of resources. With more than 250,000 tons of material per year, which corresponds to a CO2e saving of 450,000 tons, customers have access to sustainable and high-quality raw materials from recycling and secondary raw material production. As the global market leader, we therefore make a significant contribution to achieving climate targets by realizing a significantly more environmentally friendly footprint compared to primary raw materials.

The Horn & Co. Analytics division, also known under the „INDUSTRIAL LAB“ brand, offers a wide range of analyses, high speed in finding results and consulting in the area of analytical problem solutions.
