Transfluid Maschinenbau GmbH from Schmallenberg is the specialist for customized machines of outstanding quality. Transfluid technology is used in plant and mechanical engineering, the automotive and furniture industries, shipbuilding, energy technology and conveyor technology. The Schmallenberg-based company is the world market leader in machines for the production process of controlled roll forming technology. Highly complex forming geometries can be produced with rolling forming systems. Formings with very tight tolerances, sharp-edged groove structures and polished surfaces can be produced. Almost any geometry can be formed using such a bead rolling machine (SRM) with short clamping lengths – even after the tube has been bent. The quick and easy change of tools makes it possible to form tubes with a rolling tube forming machine from the inside out and from the outside in as well as to cut them orbitally without cutting. As with the axial tube forming machines, the CNC control of the rolling tube forming machines is carried out via a touch panel with integrated data memory. Transfluid pipe processing machines are used to produce pipe systems for a wide range of industries and applications: For building services, exhaust and air conditioning technology, cooling as well as fuel and connection technology.
All options in one machine: forming – cutting – trimming – thread rolling. Our roller burnishing technology increases the possibilities for shaping pipes with minimal tooling.
